Betodemy will review requests related to payment errors, incorrect credit balance, cancelled classes, or access that was not granted correctly.

Each request is reconciled against orders, credit transactions, and course membership status before processing.

When submitting a request, include your account, course or class name, transaction time, and issue description so Betodemy can review faster.
